Michelle Radakovich built Kind & Co. on a simple yet powerful belief: Human connection is essential to living.

For Michelle, Kind & Co. isn't just a concept, it's a way of moving about the world. And after a career built around people, she's created a space that brings that philosophy to life.

It's a belief earned over a lifetime of paying attention. She started working at fifteen and never really stopped. Over the next thirty-plus years she built a career across food, hospitality, sales, and leadership. She owned restaurants. Led teams. Managed multimillion-dollar territories across Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Illinois. Trained, mentored, and coached emerging leaders — work she still does today as an advisor for Minnesota State University's Women in Leadership program.

She lost a job. Started over. Reinvented herself more than once. Through every chapter, she kept noticing the same thing: the moments that actually change a person almost always happen face to face.

In a kitchen. Across a counter. Over a cup of tea. In the doorway of a small shop on Broadway, on a Saturday afternoon.

Kind & Co. is everything those years taught her, made physical.

Kind & Co. lives in a historic 100-year-old building at 349 W. Broadway, in the heart of downtown Waukesha, connected to the Clarke Hotel and a few blocks from the farmers market.
