that leadership, living, and self-expression can be rooted in kindness without losing clarity, confidence, or strength. I didn’t set out to build a leadership brand — I set out to understand how to lead without losing myself.

My work is grounded in service-based leadership — helping people lead with intention, communicate with compassion, and create lives that feel aligned rather than exhausting.
